Q: How early do I need to come in for a party?

A: Event organizer and (preferably) all guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your party. Party activities (Bowling, Laser Tag, XD Dark Ride) begin promptly at the start of your party.

Q: What time do parties start?

A: 11:00 AM.

Q: How soon do I need to put down a deposit?

A: Fourth Dimension requires your deposit at least 72 hours in advance.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?

A: No, the deposit is not refundable, we can reschedule events due to illness while keeping the deposit intact but if the event is cancelled 4D keeps the deposit.

Q: How many children can attend max?

A: Adventure Parties allow for up to 12 guests. Mega and Giga parties can accommodate up to 24 guests.

Q: Does the number of guests include parents?

A: No; the number of guests only includes individuals participating in party activities.

Q: How soon do I need a headcount?

A: We will need your maximum headcount one week in advance. Guest count can be reduced until the time of check-in.

Q: Can I bring in outside food and/or beverages?

A: No, with the exception of a store-bought cake. A $15 OUTSIDE FOOD FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

Q: Do you provide cake?

A: Mega and Giga parties include a cupcake for each participating guest. 4D also offers cupcakes for sale for $15 per dozen. (Orders need to be placed 72 hours prior to event)

Q: How does a birthday party work once we arrive?

A: We will break that down by party type below:

Adventure Party – After paying the remaining balance for your party, you and your guests will be set up for bowling for one hour, where pizza and soda will be served by your host and you are welcome to order extra food and drinks. Once the hour of bowling is over, you will go in to your escape room. After the escape room is done, your guests will be given their arcade cards to play in the arcade at their own pace.

Mega Party – After paying the remaining balance for your party, you and your guests will be set up for your chosen activity (Bowling, Laser Tag, XD Dark Ride) by your host. You may choose to order extra food and drinks from your host. After your activity, you will be shown in to your party room for pizza, soda and cupcakes. You have one hour in your party room to eat and celebrate. After the hour in the party room is over, your guests will be given their arcade cards to play in the arcade at their own pace. Please be courteous to other guests and remove all belongings promptly from the party room when your hour is over.

Giga Party – After paying the remaining balance for your party, you and your guests will be set up for bowling for one hour. You may choose to order extra food and drinks from your host. After bowling, you will be shown in to your party room for pizza, soda and cupcakes. You have one hour in your party room to eat and celebrate. After the hour in the party room is over, your guests will be taken to their second activity, then they will be given their arcade cards to play in the arcade at their own pace. Please be courteous to other guests and remove all belongings promptly from the party room when your hour is over.
